Wedding Food and Drink
Everything on your special day should be perfect and the food is no exception. Our Director of Romance, Lucy, with experience as a cordon bleu cook works with our head chef to craft the perfect menu for your big day.
Local produce, seasonal and served fresh from farm to fork. At Washingborough Hall your wedding food and drink has our high focus. To make things easier for your tasting and choosing, we've specially selected three seasonal menus for both Spring/Summer months and Autumn/ Winter months.
The menus are priced at £58/60/66 per head including coffee and tea. We would ask that you select one choice of starter, main and dessert for all your party. If you would like to offer your guests a choice of courses then we are happy to facilitate this for an additional £8 per person and pre-orders required 14 days prior to the event.
If you would prefer to select your own courses, then we also offer our Signature Food Package where you have the opportunity to collaborate with our head chef and his team to create your own bespoke menus. This will be priced according to your choices.
Spring and Summer Menus
Select your choice of three different Spring or Summer menus including "Love at First Sight", "Sweet Romance" and "Utterly Delightful". Starters in the "Love at First Sight" menu include Twice Baked Mozzarella Souffle and Pressed Ham Hock & Parsley Terrine with Black Pepper Sourdough. Main courses include Braised Lamb Shoulder, Dauphinoise Potato, Spring Greens, Mint Gravy or Seared Salmon Fillet, Fennel, Lemon & Tarragon Risotto with vegetarian and lots of dessert options available.
