Meeting Rooms

We offer the Dining Room for meetings and small conferences – this is the blue room to the right of the main hallway.  Delegate numbers are listed in the table below. The room is offered at a full day (or part thereof) delegate rate and can be combined with a 24-hour residential delegate rate. We can provide bedrooms for up to 20 delegates in single occupancy rooms. 

Washingborough Hall Country House Hotel is conveniently located just 3 miles due east from the centre of Lincoln and has the benefit of on-site car parking.

The day delegate rate includes room hire, equipment, wifi, coffee on arrival, a buffet or two course lunch, as well as mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshment breaks.

Tariff

• Day Rate with two course lunch or buffet lunch: £57.50/delegate
• 24 Hour Delegate Rate (all of the above plus dinner, bed & breakfast) from: £237.00/delegate
• If your numbers are below 12 delegates, there is a minimum charge of £690 for a full (or part) days use of the Dining Room as a meeting room.

Above rates are inclusive of VAT.
