Just 3 miles from Lincoln and set within beautiful secluded grounds with its own private entrance to the village church, Washingborough Hall could be your wedding venue for the weekend or just the day.  This quintessential Georgian Country House, dating back to the early 1700’s, can cater for up to 50 guests for a Wedding breakfast or lunch and an additional 60 guests for the evening reception.

Overlooking the garden the spacious rooms with their high ceilings, full length windows and original features give a feeling of grandeur to every wedding.  From the springtime flowers to the rich variety of summer blooms, the mature garden is a beautiful backdrop for the photographs of
the special day.

Whether couples are seeking a civil ceremony or simply a wedding reception Washingborough Hall offers the perfect venue - a beautiful setting, delicious individually designed reception menus, and bridal suite.

All weddings at Washingborough Hall are planned around each couple’s individual requirements, with owners Lucy and Edward Herring taking personal supervision over the arrangements to ensure the day runs without a hitch.  Head Chef Dan Wallis is also available to discuss and plan menus.

Washingborough Hall’s elegant Sibthorpe Room is licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnership ceremonies for up to 48 people.

Washingborough Hall’s Georgian house and mature gardens are an idyllic setting for any special event or celebration   Overlooking the garden the spacious Sibthorpe Room with its high ceiling, full length windows and original features is a beautiful setting for a special occasion.  Catering for 10 to 50 people, it is the perfect venue for a  private lunch or dinner celebration, such as a birthday, christening, retirement party or society dinner.  The room also provides the ideal environment for a funeral buffet.

'The Snug' A private dining room, seating up to 10 people , is available for  smaller gatherings such as shoot lunches and dinners.
