Head chef, Dan Wallis, designs seasonal menus around prime Lincolnshire produce. The hotel is a member of Tastes of Lincolnshire and wherever possible produce is sourced from within the county.

The elegant west-facing restaurant with its high ceiling and full length Georgian windows overlooks the garden and enjoys the late afternoon sunshine.
