Conference Venue & Meeting Rooms

The private nature of Washingborough Hall will suit meetings and small business conferences.  The hotel offers well equipped conference facilities to suit smaller groups up to as many as 50 delegates.  Away from the stress of everyday office life delegates can retreat to network, plan or strategise in peace and quiet.  The hotel is conveniently located just 3 miles due east from the centre of Lincoln and has the benefit of extensive free on-site car parking.

There are three conference rooms which cater for up to a maximum of 50 delegates, depending on layout requirements.  The daily delegate rate includes room hire, coffee on arrival, a one or two course lunch, as well as mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshment breaks.

  • One course lunch £25.00 + VAT / delegate
  • Two course lunch £29.50 + VAT / delegate

24 hour delegate rate: (to include all of the above plus dinner, bed & breakfast)
£139.50 + VAT / delegate
