We do welcome pets in to our rooms. Please mention when booking that you wish to bring a pet/s and you will be informed of availability and the surcharge, depending on the type of pet.

Payment

We have recently changed our policy and now take 50% of  your first nights stay as deposit upon booking, this is refunded in the event of a cancellation, but only if it falls outside of the 48 hour cancellation policy. We respectfully remind guests that a reservation is a legal contract. Any reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to 2pm on the day of arrival will be charged for in full.

It may be helpful for guests wishing to settle their accounts to use a credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Maestro. Cheques can only be accepted with prior agreement and only with a guarentee card to cover the full amount.

Check-in from 2:30pm. Check-out by 11:00am. A late check-out may be available, this will be subject to an additional charge - please ask at reception for further details.

If you do arrive early and wish to visit Lincoln or the surrounding Lincolnshire countryside, we are more that happy to hold your bags at the Hotel.
