A family affair

Lincolnshire couple, Edward and Lucy Herring, own and run Washingborough Hall as well as juggling the needs of their three young daughters. They pride themselves on their hands-on approach. They have already overseen some sympathetic renovation work and have added their own personal touch. 

Lucy, with her background as a successful cordon bleu cook, works closely with the head chef to create the traditional British menu using the highest quality fresh produce.
