During your stay you will be dining in our double AA Rosette restaurant savouring delicious 3 course seasonal menus prepared by Head Chef, Dan Wallis and his team, with fresh local produce from the nearby fields. This leaves you the 3rd night to explore further afield and try out one of the many lovely gastro pubs or fine restaurants in the area, or book in the hotel as you choose.
